Hi all!
My name is Hailey Jackson and I am the Vice President of Membership Recruitment! I have been in
the Epsilon Theta chapter the past three years and am beyond excited to guide my sisters through
recruitment this year. This place and these amazing people have truly given me a home away from
home and a second family. When I went through primary recruitment, Alpha Phi had a warm,
genuine, and inviting atmosphere that allowed me to feel comfortable and show my true personality.
I knew right away that they cared about me and wanted to know who I was as a person, even though
I was not a member yet. Since joining, Alpha Phi has truly changed me for the better. I have made
friendships that will last a lifetime, had many amazing leadership opportunities, and have been able
to contribute to something larger than myself.
As Vice President of Membership Recruitment, I cannot wait to help girls on the UNI campus find
their place to call home. We are a group of strong, helpful, and caring women who want the best for
each other. Going through recruitment may seem scary at first, but I can guarantee it will be the best
decision you will make in college. I feel like it was just yesterday when I was going through
recruitment, and now I am on the executive board working alongside some of the most amazing
women I will ever meet. Whether it’s through continuous open bidding or primary recruitment, we
cannot wait to meet possible new members whom we could potentially call our sisters!
