Hi!

My name is Natalie Dalton and I am the Chapter President of Alpha Phi at the University of Northern Iowa. I am currently a sophomore and I am studying Psychology and Communication. I went through primary recruitment as a freshman and I fell in love with Alpha Phi and the women in the chapter. The women who I now get to call my sisters are some of the most kind, loyal, and strong women I have ever met. The women shape the chapter into the supportive and welcoming environment we have today. I am so lucky and grateful to be a part of this wonderful organization and to get to know these women. This organization has offered me so many wonderful opportunities and where I have made my best friends and lifelong connections.

There are many things I love about Alpha Phi, but one of my favorite things is our philanthropy. By clicking on the philanthropy tab you will get an understanding of our philanthropy, The Alpha Phi Foundation, and what we do to raise money to support the organization. The Alpha Phi Foundation does many things, such as provide scholarships and grants for sisters in need, provide grants for hospitals (including local: Allen Hospital in Waterloo), and donate money for the research of women’s heart health. We put on many events throughout the year as a part of our fundraising. Be sure to check out our Red Dress Gala on February 11th 2023! All of our members work very hard to make these events successful in raising the most amount of money we can in order to help the research of women's heart health.
